         Coming to Canaseraga, May 4, 2016, is author-illustrator and graphic novelist, Frank Cammuso from Syracuse, NY.  Frank Cammuso is the creator of two graphic novel series for kids, The Misadventrues of Salem Hyde and The Knights of the Lunch Table. He also drew the comic Otto's Orange Day and Otto's Backwards Day.  

         He is a former award winning political cartoonist for the Post Standard Newspaper in Syracuse and his cartoons have appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, U.S.A. Today, and Newsweek.  He currently teaches illustration part-time at Syracuse University and lives with his family in Syracuse.

         He will be speaking with students in grades prek-6 and interested art students. Books will be available to pre-order and have signed during his visit.  Check his website for more information or contact Mrs. Kurtz for questions. It should be a terrific experience for our students.
